After locking my keys in the car, I contacted Lost Keys Locksmiths, and I couldn’t fault their service—especially Anton. Before he arrived, he kept me updated with regular phone calls, which was really reassuring. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything. My key remote had died, so I had a new one cut. The cost was $150 to open the car and another $150 for a new remote key, which he synced on the spot. Anton went above and beyond—not only was he super friendly and caring, but on a stinking hot day, while I was waiting for him to cut my key, he even changed the battery in his fan and directed it towards me to keep me cool. Anton came to our rescue when we lost the car key. We went to KIA dealer to purchase the key and they told us that no locksmith is able to program the car. Anton was confident and although he faced some issues when trying to get the key cut and program as he mentioned that this is a different car model, he was able to get our key programmed and work. I stupidly lost both keys to my Triton Ute. I rang Lost Key Locksmiths and received a very reasonable quote. The person taking the call was professional and polite. The technician who replaced the keys and reset the code was Anton. He was punctual, polite and again very professional. He clearly, knows his trade. Matt was extremely helpful in assisting us on a Sunday morning under an emergency situation. He performed a number of tries to unlock the door in question but there was a clear fault with the lock. In the end he was forced to break the lock and fit a new one. He was on the job for over an hour yet reduced his call-out cost and just added the retail cost of the lock. What a fantastic service! I had lost car keys and was told that only the dealer has the codes required to replicate the key, but it would be very costly and take at least a week. I rang several places, none of whom could help me out. I rang Anton from Lost Keys and he was able to do his own calculations without any codes. In just 45 mins I had a duplicate key!!
