Broken key to my 2015 Hyundai I20, looked on google and contacted Lost Key Locksmiths, filled in details. I was contacted in a very short time, spoke to Sean, who was extremely helpful. Polite, professional, gave me a quote on a new key to be reprogrammed to the car. Very reasonable price compared to the dealership. Sean said he would be at the house in 50 mins. Sean and was in time, easy to converse. He said he would be about 20 minutes. The job was fully completed in that time and I would highly recommend Lost Key Locksmiths and especially Sean to everyone. Very professional, nicely mannered gentleman. I now have their number in my contacts, and would not hesitate calling them for any future problem either car or house. They have my deep appreciation and highly recommend them. ~ James B

After locking my keys in the car, I contacted Lost Keys Locksmiths, and I couldn’t fault their service—especially Anton. Before he arrived, he kept me updated with regular phone calls, which was really reassuring. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything. My key remote had died, so I had a new one cut. The cost was $150 to open the car and another $150 for a new remote key, which he synced on the spot. Anton went above and beyond—not only was he super friendly and caring, but on a stinking hot day, while I was waiting for him to cut my key, he even changed the battery in his fan and directed it towards me to keep me cool. After 1 full day looking for my car key I gave up and rang Lost Key Locksmiths. The lady who answered was very polite and friendly and told me she would have Sean the Locksmith call me within 5 minutes which he did. He told me he would be out to make me a new key within 2 hrs. He arrived 15 minutes early and had my new car key made within 20 minutes. What a relief. I could stop panicking now. He did such a good job, he was so nice. I have called many different company on a Sunday night when my garage door got stuck. They all claim 24/7. Only this company efficiently picked up the call and come the next day. I have heard good things from my neighbour with this company. But now renamed to good to go garage. Alex the technician very efficient and polite. Anton came to our rescue when we lost the car key. We went to KIA dealer to purchase the key and they told us that no locksmith is able to program the car. Anton was confident and although he faced some issues when trying to get the key cut and program as he mentioned that this is a different car model, he was able to get our key programmed and work. Matt was extremely helpful in assisting us on a Sunday morning under an emergency situation. He performed a number of tries to unlock the door in question but there was a clear fault with the lock. In the end he was forced to break the lock and fit a new one. He was on the job for over an hour yet reduced his call-out cost and just added the retail cost of the lock. I just moved into a new place in western Sydney and was looking to have the either the locks cylinder replaced or the locked rekeyed. Got in touch with Lost Key Locksmith /Smart Lock Guys purely based on Google reviews. Not only was their communication timely, Warren (the team member who assisted me) was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. What a fantastic service! I had lost car keys and was told that only the dealer has the codes required to replicate the key, but it would be very costly and take at least a week. I rang several places, none of whom could help me out. I rang Anton from Lost Keys and he was able to do his own calculations without any codes. In just 45 mins I had a duplicate key!! Anton and his offsider were such a great help. Losing your car key in the ocean is pretty deflating but the boys were there to get the issue fixed as soon as they could.
